Information we collect
We collect the information needed to operate a China teaching job marketplace: account details, school profiles, teacher profiles, job listings, saved jobs, applications, cover notes, messages, payment/token records, and support requests.
Teacher documents
Teachers may upload documents such as passports, degrees, TEFL certificates, background checks, references, and related visa-readiness files. Documents are used for profile readiness, admin review, and school document-request workflows. They are not public job-board content.
How documents are shared
Uploaded documents are stored privately. Schools and recruiters should only receive access through authorized application or document-request flows. We do not intend to expose dashboard, admin, API, authentication, verification, or document-file URLs to public crawlers.
How we use information
We use information to show job listings, process applications, support direct messaging, review document status, prevent abuse, send transactional emails, manage token purchases, and improve marketplace quality.
