The School
School overview
Founded in Hong Kong in the 1960's and opened our first kindergarten in China since 1998, we are looking for teachers to join our team in Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou. All teachers will work alongside a local native teacher in the classroom to create an inquiry based learning approach and bilingual learning environment. All campuses are accredited or candidate International Baccalaureate (IB) World Schools offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP). Our curriculum is developed based on the IB’s scope and sequence while emphasizing the local culture and the needs of local children. This is a role which requires professional teachers who have patience, understanding and an intrinsic love of working with children. Our ongoing support through trainings will allow you to develop as a teacher within a professional environment.

Requirements
First-time teachers welcome
No prior teaching experience needed — the school actively welcomes new teachers

Native speaker required
Must be a native English speaker
Degree required
Preferred field: Education
TEFL / CELTA required
Minimum experience
3+ years of teaching experience
Currently in China preferred
